He holds a B.S. in Psychology and is currently completing his Master’s in Human Resources. ML is passionate about growing his impact beyond recruiting and supporting clients with thoughtful, people-first solutions.

Naomi is an experienced recruiter with expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment consultancy. Since beginning her recruiting career in 2020, she has successfully supported organizations across the United States, the Philippines, and Australia. 


Her background spans diverse industries such as healthcare, IT, marketing, e-commerce, property management, BPO, and RPO. Naomi has recruited talent from around the globe, consistently matching candidates whose skills and values align with the company’s goals.


With a people-first approach, she excels at building meaningful connections across cultural backgrounds.
