As Operations Systems Coordinator, ML’s job is to make work simpler and smarter. Marsha keeps our recruiting engine humming, handling sourcing, scheduling, confirming phone screens, updating CRMs and calendars, and coordinating day-to-day between clients and candidates so nothing slips through the cracks. With more than 15 years of customer-service and recruiting experience, she pairs strong candidate sourcing skills with meticulous back-office execution.
